Premier Roadside Rescue provides roadside assistance and towing coordination services. Our services involve dispatch coordination, communication, and operational effort that may begin immediately upon request. Because of the nature of these services, not all requests are eligible for refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service processing:

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: If a customer cancels a service request before a service provider has been dispatched, a full or partial refund may be considered, depending on the circumstances and any administrative or processing costs already incurred.
  • Cancellation After Dispatch: Once a service provider has been dispatched or coordination efforts have substantially begun, refunds may not be available. This includes situations where a provider has been assigned, travel toward the service location has begun, or coordination and communication services have already been performed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability at the service location
  • Refusal of service upon provider arrival
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or other factors outside our control

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, Premier Roadside Rescue may issue a partial refund at its discretion, based on the level of service already performed, administrative and coordination costs incurred, and specific circumstances of the service request.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact Premier Roadside Rescue through our official website and provide relevant service details, including date, time, and nature of the request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution. Premier Roadside Rescue does not control bank or payment processor timelines.
